The Impact of Neglect on Development Webinar

Description: Childhood neglect is a substantial injury for many children and can translate into a lifetime of isolation and consequence. This webinar will look at the way the emerging science has changed the way we look at child development, conditioning and societal response to an injury that is not the child's fault yet we continue to sanction, punish and ultimately replicate the neglect through the isolation of imprisonment. This webinar will describe the problem and provide a possible formulaic solution in social settings such as school and play groups.
