Youth Transition Decision-Making (YTDM) Meeting

Description: This training assists child welfare workers with understanding the youth driven family team meeting process so potential facilitators and be coached in YTDM meeting facilitation to utilize in guiding and developing the youth’s plan.

**The meeting will open up at 8:30, so please make sure you are logging in at this time. Training will start promptly at 9am and end at 3pm. There will be a 45-60 minute lunch break during the training.

**Please review the Effective Meeting Space Handout in order to familiarize yourself with how participants will be expected to conduct themselves in the virtual training. Thank you. 

Please note: Priority seating is provided to staff working within one of the DHS child welfare contracts, including: Community Care; Group Foster Care; Family Safety, Risk, and Permanency (FSRP); Child Welfare Emergency Services (CWES): Aftercare Services; Supervised Apartment Living (SAL); Recruitment, Retention, Training and Support Services (RRTS); Parent Partners; Foster Care Youth Council. If you do not work within one of the child welfare contracts with the State, you may be bumped from the course and placed on a wait list.
