The Coalition for Family & Children’s Services in Iowa proudly offers Youth Intervention Programs Assistance (YIPA) to residential child welfare providers across the state. This service is designed to enhance the effectiveness of youth-focused programs by providing tailored resources, training, and advocacy support.
